Procedure for complaints
Indien je het niet eens bent met de genomen beslissing ten aanzien van jouw melding illegale inhoud kun je via onderstaand formulier een klacht bij ons indienen.
Submitted complaints will be answered as soon as possible but at the latest within a period of 14 days, counting from the date of receipt. If a complaint demands a foreseeable longer time of processing, we will answer within the period of 14 days with a notice of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed answer.
