Because of our lowest price guarantee you will never pay more than you would at your destination. This means you don't have to search for tour desks or outlets at your destination. This saves precious 'vacation' time. Equally important is that you are guaranteed a spot. Some popular activities are often already full if booked at the last minute. Via Caribbean Tours you can look for the best activities. You will have all peace of mind when booked in advance. This allows you to fully enjoy a carefree vacation, because everything is sorted before arriving.
3.Can I pay cash?
No! We only accept online payments with iDeal, credit card etc. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer. Especially if you want to pay for a company outing this can be convenient. Please contact us for more information.
4.When do I receive my ticket or voucher?
With each booking, we always double check availability with our local partners. Although this is usually quick, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed, you will immediately receive your ticket or voucher by email.
The voucher will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. In case that you have not received your ticket or voucher 24 hours after completing your order, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. It is possible that we do not have your correct email address. It is also possible that the mail ended up in your spam box. Please check this first before contacting us.
In case that our local partner cannot confirm your reservation, we will offer you the best possible alternative. If this new date and/or time does not fit into your itinerary, we will cancel your reservation and return the amount paid to you.
5.I have booked, but I want to cancel or change the booking, is that possible?
The statutory cooling-off period and the right of withdrawal (as contained in the EU Distance Selling Directive) does not apply to services to be delivered on a specific date or within a specific period, including tickets and vouchers purchased through the Caribbean Tours platform.
Whether we can cancel or change your purchase depends on the terms and conditions of the relevant tour operator or provider locally. In case we can comply with your request Caribbean Tours will charge a cancellation or change fee of 15,- euro per booked tour. This is excluding the costs that the provider or tour operator might still charge separately. In such a case, please contact our customer service to inquire about what the possibilities are and at what cost.
If you do not show up on time for a tour based on a booked time, there is no refund. On the voucher you will find the contact details of the tour operator or provider. Always contact the tour operator or provider if you are unable to attend.
6.What happens if a tour or activity when I can not participate and I have already paid?
Of course, it can happen that there is no place on the booked date/time. In this case you will receive a proposal for an alternative date/time. Should this not fit into your itinerary you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Also in case of calamities, Caribbean Tours will, after approval of the local tour operator, return the paid amount to you in full.
7.How can I make a claim for the lowest price guarantee?
Caribbean Tours guarantees the lowest price on tours & tickets that can be booked via our website. When you find the same tour or ticket for a lower price within three days of booking or after arrival at destination, refund the difference to you. Please note our conditions attached to a refund!

8.How can I place an order?
Step 1 | date & participants Once you have found a tour or activity you want to book you choose a date in the availability calendar of that specific tour or activity. Then choose the number of participants or tickets and possibly other options (eg starting time) and then click the 'continue with order' button.
Step 2 | Your data You can now enter your personal information. Your name, email address (whereto we will send your ticket) and your cell phone number (which we use in case of changes in the booked date). In the comment field you can enter additional information such as the pick-up address or meal preference if applicable to the booked tour or activity. After filling out the form click on the 'next step' button.
Step 3 | Options & Payment method If there are options available such as hotel transfer it will be shown here. You can optionally order this along. Then choose how you want to pay. Caribbean Tours offers the following payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and PayPal. PayPal charges 3.4% extra for each payment. Click on the 'checkout' button and the appropriate payment method will open. Always choose the option after a successful payment (only for iDeal and Bancontact) to go back to the Caribbean Tours website so that the booking can be processed properly.
Step 4 | handling your booking In case of a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We always double check the availability with our local partners. Although this usually happens quickly, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed, you will immediately receive your ticket via email. If our local partner cannot confirm your reservation, we will offer you the best possible alternative. This could be an alternative date and/or time. If the alternative suggestion does not fit into your itinerary, we will refund the amount paid in full.
9.How can I pay?
Caribbean Tours offers the following payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and PayPal. PayPal charges 3.4% extra for each payment. If only a down payment is applicable you have to pay the remaining amount directly to the tour operator. This can be a payment link that you’ll receive or can be paid on the day of the activity (this could vary per tour operator.)
10.How is your product range created?
Caribbean Tours only offers tours & tickets from reliable and professional tour operators on its platform. Tour operators we have been working with for years. The tours offered are displayed at each visit in random (changes automatically) order within fixed categories (only on desktop, on mobile no categories are displayed).
11.Where are your reviews & ratings coming form?
On caribbean-tours.nl we distinguish two types of reviews
General reviews Caribbean Tours cooperates with Kiyoh.com. The specialist in customer reviews. The review system of Kiyoh.com is used by Caribbean Tours to give customers the opportunity to rate the general impression, the purchase experience, offers the platform and shares the contact with Caribbean Tours. Product reviews Product reviews that describe how a customer experienced a tour or activity. These reviews are collected and managed by Caribbean Tours. They are all real reviews that are collected from Caribbean Tours customers who participated on a tour or activity and or reviews that are given to the specific tour operator.
