Procedure for complaints

If you are not satisfied with the products offered or with the service provided by Caribbean Tours you can file a complaint with us by means of the form below.

Submitted complaints will be answered as soon as possible but at the latest within a period of 14 days, counting from the date of receipt. If a complaint demands a foreseeable longer time of processing, we will answer within the period of 14 days with a notice of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed answer.

Caribbean Tours is only involved as a mediator in complaints about the products offered. If it concerns a complaint about a product (a tour or activity you did) we will pass on your complaint to the tour operator in question and if necessary, we will bring you into direct contact with this tour operator. Although we as an intermediary will do our utmost to resolve the complaint satisfactorily together, the tour operator makes the final decision on how to deal with your complaint.

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Geschillencommissie via the European ODR Platform.
