Geweldige kanotocht door de mangrove van Bonaire! De natuur was prachtig en het was erg leuk om door de smalle mangrovetunnels te kanoën. Gids Stan maakte het extra speciaal: hij was enthousiast, wist veel te vertellen en deelde interessante weetjes. Het snorkelen viel iets tegen, want het water was niet erg helder, waardoor we weinig vissen zagen. Maar ondanks dat was het een fantastische ervaring en echt een aanrader!
Voor de eerste keer samen in een kajak, en wat was het fantastische, mooie omgeving, mooi water en mooie visjes kunnen zien tijdens het snorkelen! In een woord. Fantastisch!
Ik voor 7 oudere dames gereserveerd. Ik dacht bij Mangrove center. Dus ik moest even schakelen toen het bij Lac Cai bleek te zijn. Het was heel slecht weer dus dat was een tegenvaller ( waar de organisatie niets aan kan doen).Wat ik jammer vind is dat de ontvangst rommelig verliep.We liepen wat verloren rond. Als er een duidelijke ontvangst op een vaste plek is dat fijner vind ik. De gids was erg prettig. Was goed geïnformeerd over de tour. Door het slechte weer is de tocht extra bijzonder geweest.
Mede dankzij een geweldige gids (Stan) hebben mijn kinderen en ik, erg genoten van deze tour. Niet alleen de mooie natuur, maar ook de goede uitleg en informatie van onze gids, maakte dit een dag om nooit te vergeten. Er is tijdens, en na de tour, gelegenheid om te snorkelen in dit mooie gebied. Een aanrader voor jong en oud.
Dank je wel Stan, voor de humor die je toepaste tijdens de uitleg van deze tour. Het was fijn om jou als gids te hebben.
