At 06:45 you must be present at the Vissershaven. After checking in you will be welcomed on the boat with a cup of coffee or tea. The large motor ship takes 1.5 hours to sail to Klein Curacao. Upon arrival at Klein Curacao you can swim to the beach, or get into the motorboat (Dingie) that will drop you off at the beach. Upon arrival at the beach you can enjoy a delicious breakfast first, after which you can explore the island with the Walking Tour of Mermaid Boat Trips.
In the afternoon a delicious and extensive BBQ lunch is waiting for you. Take a seat in the beach house at one of the spacious picnic tables for the buffet including chicken (Halal), spare ribs and burgers, salads and fruit. There are adequate vegetarian options. If you want gluten-free, please let us know when booking so that we can take this into account.
Approx. 3:30 PM the boat will leave for Curacao where you will moor again around 5:00 PM at the jetty in the Vissershaven.
Are you a diver?
Divers are allowed to come along. You can bring your own (or previously rented) diving gear for free. Please report when booking in the comment field if you are going to dive. You must of course be certified and bring your own dive buddy. Please note: a signaling buoy or diving buoy is mandatory!

Yes, that's possible for a small additional fee. Please indicate your preferred pickup location when booking, and you'll receive a time to be ready in your confirmation email. You pay for your hotel transfer on the day itself. Hotel transfers are available starting at €10.12 per person. Transfers from Jan Thiel cost €10.50 per person.
You'll be sailing on a large, stable motorboat. This is usually more comfortable than smaller boats. In rough seas, it's best to take a pill half an hour before departure. If you're very worried about seasickness, you can also take the Book a Powerboat to Klein Curacao, you are guaranteed not to suffer from seasickness due to the low position of the boat.
Yes: swimwear, towel, sunscreen, a hat if needed, and an underwater camera. Everything else is provided: food, drinks, shade, and showers.
There are only two providers that have a toilet on the island. These are the Mermaid and Miss Ann. All other operators don't have a toilet on the island, but they do have one on the boat, for example. Unfortunately, the toilets on the Mermaid and Miss Ann are exclusively for their guests. If you're arriving by Powerboat, which doesn't have a toilet, you can ask the Mermaid or Miss Ann if you can use them. If you ask politely, they usually grant you permission.
